Group Fitness Classes for the Masses!
Come and join us for a 60 minute workout bright and early at 7:15am in Redwood City for a fun yet challenging group fitness class.
The workouts are aimed to test your physical abilities whether you're beginner or have been at it for years. Be prepared to sweat, to hurt (in a good way), bring your friends or family and make it an event! Please sign up in advance on this page to make sure we know how many of you will be present. We can accomodate no more than 20 people at once. Contact Daniel also on this page with any questions you may have. The workout fee is a nominal $20/ person payable electronically or in cash on site and before the workout. |

The workout is only cancelled during inclement weather. Little rain doesn't hurt anyone. Make sure to dress appropriately, in many layers, if possible. The workout is held on artificial turf.

- Asthma (if controlled make sure to bring inhaler).
You may also check with your doctor if you have symptoms that may be related to heart, lung or other serious disease such as:
- Pain or discomfort in your chest, neck, jaw or arms at rest or during physical activity
- Dizziness, lightheadedness, or fainting with exercise or exertion
- Shortness of breath with mild exertion, at rest, or when lying down or going to bed
- Ankle swelling, especially at night
- A rapid or pronounced heartbeat
- A heart murmur that your doctor has previously diagnosed
- Lower leg pain when you walk, which goes away with rest
